Poker Hand Ranking
The Ranking of Poker Hands, from top to bottom and best hand to worst, is as follows. Keep in mind that winning poker hands is not difficult – you just have to have a hand that is ranked higher than your opponents.

Royal Flush The five highest cards, the 10 through the Ace, all five of the same suit. A royal flush is actually an ace-high straight flush. Which suit it is doesn’t matter in poker. Two people with royal flushes would tie. Example : 10P, JP, QP, KP, AP |

Straight Flush Any five cards of the same suit in consecutive numerical order. Example : 7D, 8D, 9D, 10D, JD |

Four of a Kind Four cards of the same denomination. Example : JT, JD, JC, JP |

Full House Any three cards of the same denomination, plus any pair of a different denomination. Ties are broken first by the three of a kind, then the pair. Example : QC, QP, KD, KT, KC |

Flush Any five non-consecutive cards of the same suit. Example : AP, 5P, 7P, 9P, JP |
